New standards for best practices and procedural policies for diaper banks and programs are changing the make-up of our member-network. In order to strengthen our national network through each individual member organization, these changes represent both a turning point and new chapter in the fight to end diaper need.

Establishing a NDBN member diaper bank or pantry begins with a desire to help people who can’t afford diapers. As the idea of a diaper program catches on in your area, team leadership is key to building the momentum required to create a sustainable program. Running a diaper bank is hard work and involves many people. But, with an energized group of volunteers and a few advisors, your team can be on its way to making a real difference in your community.
ANNUAL MEMBER SURVEY
NDBN conducts a survey of the member-network each year. The survey collects data regarding the operations of the diaper bank including diapers distributed, population served, diaper acquisition, fundraising and finance, governance, and advocacy during the previous calendar year.
