Nicole Bodde

Nicole is Senior Manager of Labor & Expense Business Solutions at The Kroger Co., primarily focusing on improving labor and cost efficiencies in retail operations.

Her background with Kroger expands nearly 20 years, starting as a bagger in high school, and working through various positions over her career. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Kentucky, and later completed her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She has been nominated twice for the Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery in 2015 and 2017. Nicole has been a mentor for the Adopt A Class Foundation for the last three school years, mentoring first graders at a local economically-challenged school. Finally, Nicole is proud to serve as the Vice Chair of the Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank Board of Directors. By lending her expertise and skills, she is a key contributor to Sweet Cheeks’ strategy that has led to the growth that continues to close the diaper gap in the Greater Cincinnati area.
