Registration Policy

It is the policy of NDBN that all persons in attendance at the 2018 Diaper Banks in America Conference, including participants who plan to attend one or more sessions, are required to register. This includes presenters, invited speakers, committee chairs, scholarship recipients and volunteers. Registration is not transferable.

Registration allows the individual to attend all general sessions including invited speaker sessions and breakout sessions, grants permission to schedule appointments for expert consultations (for which there is limited availability), and provides the opportunity to purchase tickets to attend any NDBN preconference events including professional development seminars and tours. You must be registered for the Annual Conference in order to purchase tickets to attend seminars, tours, and events.

In order to qualify for the NDBN member rate, your membership must be in good standing and current through 2018. This means that your organization has submit an annual report for 2017 and and is up to date with membership dues.

Badges must be worn to gain admission to all events and sessions. NDBN will not mail badges in advance. In addition to the badge, the Annual Conference Program is available at the registration desk on-site.

Guest Registration

Guest registration is designed for the spouse, partner, or family members of the registrant. Guests may attend the session(s) in which the registrant is presenting. Guest registration is not valid for attending any other sessions or events. Guest registration must be included as part of the registration of another individual. Only one guest is allowed per registrant. Guest badges will not include the guest’s institutional affiliation and “Guest” will be clearly noted on the badge.

Registration Payment

Registration fees may be charged to American Express, MasterCard, or VISA. Purchase orders are not accepted as payment. Make checks for registration payable to National Diaper Bank Network. No registration or housing request will be processed without applicable payment.


Registration fees and/or professional development course fees will be refunded, less a $5 service charge, if a written request is received at NDBN by August 31, 2018. Written requests can be e-mailed to There is a $5 service charge for pre-conference event participant cancellations; the remainder of the event fee will be refunded if a written request is received by NDBN by August 31, 2018. NDBN regrets that refunds for registration, pre-conference events, paid lunches and tours will not be made after August 31, 2018. It is the policy of NDBN that registration is not transferable. Program and Conference App

The final print program will be posted to the website prior to the annual meeting and available through our conference app. Attendees may opt out of receiving a print program. Simply use the online program and download the mobile app for free and use that instead of a print program.

NDBN strives to be an environmentally responsible organization and to conduct the Annual Conference not only to benefit our members and the local community, but also respecting the local environment.
