Diaper Need Legislation Tracker

Along with our respective member diaper banks and chapters at the state level, we support a wide array of legislation that would:

• End the diaper tax –benefitting all families with babies in diapers; 
• Provide free diapers for poor and low-income families;
• Provide a monthly stipend to families for purchasing diapers;
• Fund sustainable, community-based diaper distribution programs, which will benefit the 1 in 3 families that struggles to afford diapers.
